上述輸出程序資料,第一欄為掃描的電壓增益,第二及第三欄位V(1)、V(3)的輸出電壓,而第四欄為節點1及節點3的電壓差。

1.4 仿真結果

驗證:就是通過仿真、時序分析、以及網表生成等手段檢驗設計正確性。在芯片設計開發流程中,驗證主要包括功能驗證和時序驗證兩個部分。

本次實驗用到部分Tanner軟件,故先把Tanner軟件中的T-spice仿真結果給出:
